Tegakitous - MailInk Options

Mailink is a powerful system to send your handwritten content with automatic processing.
We have here 3 options. In order to use the first 2 where you can also use the web modules you need to be registered.

1st Option: Sending to a specific email address based on language of your templates from your registered email address

If you go in your admin section you will see your email account registered.

So for example from the email of the user john このメールアドレスは、スパムロボットから保護されています。アドレスを確認するにはJavaScriptを有効にして下さい you will need to send your DNT, TOP or ELI file to このメールアドレスは、スパムロボットから保護されています。アドレスを確認するにはJavaScriptを有効にして下さい or このメールアドレスは、スパムロボットから保護されています。アドレスを確認するにはJavaScriptを有効にして下さい depending on what web site you are registered and in which in what kind of language you have your forms written.

For every language where you work you usually have a set of templates.
For english you will need to send to このメールアドレスは、スパムロボットから保護されています。アドレスを確認するにはJavaScriptを有効にして下さい or このメールアドレスは、スパムロボットから保護されています。アドレスを確認するにはJavaScriptを有効にして下さい
For german to このメールアドレスは、スパムロボットから保護されています。アドレスを確認するにはJavaScriptを有効にして下さい or このメールアドレスは、スパムロボットから保護されています。アドレスを確認するにはJavaScriptを有効にして下さい

An email will be sent to you back with the JPG of your ink file with attached the template you have in your account.
On top of this you can add Parameters in the Subject line of your Email in order to get more options.
Subject Parameters accepted: SVG; PDF; DXF; PNG. If you put those parameters it will send on top of the JPG also the PDF and/or PNG and/or DXF and/or SVG file.
If you bought Pro license: CSV;XML with recognized data
In the Object part you can add email addresses of people you want to send a copy of the result of your writings.
The maximum number of emails to send a copy to is 10.
You have also the option of sending a copy to your Blogger email so that the image of your note is represented in your own Blogger.
Aside from the processessing of all your inks you can also attach images, sound or video to your email so that they get all binded in your account and can use them later in your BlogViewer to show them in your document.

A copy will be stored on your web account so that you can review, search or modify its contents.
Example of a quite extensive way of using this option.
Mister Smith wants to convert its handwritten notes with sketch and send a copy of it to Paul and Peter. He also wants to attach the photos taken during their visit to the office they want to buy.
On top of the JPG format he also want a PDF format of its work so that he can file it and send it to his lawyer. He also wants to send directly the output to his Blogger account so that his employee can see where they would head too.
Last but not least he wants to Send the sketch of the office in DXF to his architect Paul in order to have an idea of the costs of renovation.
This complex request can be done in a very simple and fast way. This is how Mr. Smith is processing this specific request from his mail system:

N.B.: This option accepts only emails coming from your registered email address.
The limit of pages to be sent is 10 within the same email.

2nd Option: Send to your specifically created email adress tight to your username and account
So for example if your username is john and your account is tega100 you will need to send your DNT, TOP or ELI files to このメールアドレスは、スパムロボットから保護されています。アドレスを確認するにはJavaScriptを有効にして下さい (same would be for hostink.eu domain)

So send your DNT, TOP or ELI to このメールアドレスは、スパムロボットから保護されています。アドレスを確認するにはJavaScriptを有効にして下さい with the following parameter options.

Subject Parameters accepted: SVG; PDF; DXF; PNG. If you put those parameters it will send on top of the JPG also the PDF and/or PNG and/or DXF and/or SVG file.
If you bought Pro license: CSV;XML with recognized data
Put language in subject like english, japanese or any other available language to link your writing with templates stored in your language template section.
The form recognizer will try to match and calibrate to the closest template available. Please go in the admin page section to modify the set of template where the recognition engine has to operate.

3rd Option: Send to このメールアドレスは、スパムロボットから保護されています。アドレスを確認するにはJavaScriptを有効にして下さい or このメールアドレスは、スパムロボットから保護されています。アドレスを確認するにはJavaScriptを有効にして下さい (same would be for hostink.eu domain)

This option is free of use from any user who has a Technote tablet (www.kairen.co.jp).
Send your DNT file to ink.p if you have a portrait page or ink.l if you have a landscape page, within 5 minutes you should receive the jpg file of your handwriting.
Subject Parameters accepted: PDF; PNG. If you put those parameters it will send on top of the JPG also the PDF and/or PNG file.

The maximum number of emails to send a copy to is 2.
You have also the option of sending a copy to your Blogger email so that the image of your note is represented in your own Blogger.

Here is an example on how you can use it:

N.B.: This option is different in a way that nothing will be stored in the webserver and once sent the data can not be consulted online.
The limit of pages to be sent is 1 within the same email. Please register if you want to have more options (see option 1 and 2).

FAXINK ADDON
If you have requested special fax add-on within the mail-ink module it is possible to send the image to a fax number (ask if you want this module to be activated).
Just enter + and the number of the fax number with the initial country code (without the 00).
So for example for the uk +44 for Italy +39 for Belgium +32 etc... See image for example.

FTP ADDON
If you have requested special ftp add-on you can receive all updates sent directly to your local server almost instantly. This is sometimes requested for backup reasons or special works that have to be done locally on files (ask if you want this module to be activated).
